Most businesses that hire an MSP did so because they didn't know how to manage IT themselves. Years later, they still have no unbiased way to know whether they're getting a fair deal. That's the gap we fill.

Here's the problem with asking another MSP to check your current one: they're a for-profit company that wants to win your account and sell you their products. Their "audit" is a sales pitch in disguise.

VeriTech Advisors is different by design. We're not a managed service provider. We don't want to run your IT, and we have no products to sell you. We're hired by you, we work for you, and the only thing we're selling is an honest answer.

Some people have called us the un-MSP. We'll take it.

Our whole business is built on a single principle: we don't sell you the product that fits our business model — we help you find the right product for your business, which you buy direct from the vendor. No markup. No commissions. No catalog.

What we actually help you do

We assess whether your MSP relationship actually fits your business — measured against what you genuinely need and against best practice. Then we lay out your options. For some businesses that means renegotiating scope with the same MSP. For others it means moving day-to-day work in-house, where it's faster and under their control. For some, it means changing nothing at all. The right answer is different for every business, and we start by figuring out what yours is.

The goal isn't total independence for its own sake — it's the right level of dependence, chosen deliberately instead of by default. More control, better quality, faster response — and, in most cases, substantially lower cost. Not because we cut corners, but because an MSP charges premium rates for work that doesn't need them.

Twenty-five-plus years managing IT across the private and public sector — including running internal IT and managing MSP relationships from within growing companies, and modernizing environments from legacy on-prem systems to a secure, cloud-first setup.
